After giving a full week to allow for response and not receiving one, I decided to just do the survey. As a courtesy, to give the benefit of the doubt that there may actually be proper follow up on this matter, I held off on completing the survey they asked me to complete. We also received a disingenuous email from upper management acting as though they cared about the issue and wanted to rectify it, but then failed to follow up after I had informed him of the issue. This was reported to the front desk, who seemed to disregard the hazard. It caused a fall that left open, bloody wounds. Missing stairs, nails sticking out, decrepit and filthy. Room seemed nice, however, serious safety issue with a door that lead to an upstairs area (inside our room). Overall a good trip but can’t recommend rooms in the casino tower or staying in the casino tower.

Should have stayed in the Radison tower if we’d known about the open smoking area in the casino. The service during the conference was also wonderful- meals were excellent and servers very nice. In contrast we ate at The Revolution Chophouse. Really awful and I came home with a sinus infection started by allergic reaction to all the smoke. The smell wafted out the doors to the area people were waiting for shuttles. Walking between venues for the conference and waiting for shuttles meant going by the open casino entry- it stank. I’ve never been to a casino and didn’t realize smoking is common. Couldn’t even watch the Phillies baseball game in the room. One night I woke at 3:30am to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. Nice amenities overall though couch wasn’t comfortable and had to cover the ‘night light’ feature which was really bright. Called desk an assured all rooms were smoke free.

On entering the room thought it smelled a bit smoky.
